About Cindi Conti

I have been an Educator (Instructional Coach, Special Education Teacher and Consultant) in NYC for over 25 years, working in a variety of educational environments for PreK-8 classrooms. I have also supported teachers and leaders in fieldwork supervision, curriculum adoption and refining best practices. My goals as an Educator are to facilitate students’ progress in all areas of development while promoting independence, self-reflection, confidence, social justice, and equity for all. As a transformational educator, my work is grounded in creating student-centered goals, evidence-based learning and data-based instruction. I am committed to amplifying students’ voices to create and foster equitable student engagement/agency and autonomy. I believe it is essential to build trusting relationships and partnerships with all stakeholders: teachers, program leaders, school staff, students, and families as well as the broader community, to make effective and lasting changes. I am committed to engaging in intentional, healing-centered practices including SEL, trauma-based and mindfulness. As a future-focused educator, I embrace technology and innovation in education for all.#changeagent
