About Cindi Stout

Cindi Stout has been in the clinical research industry since 1990, most recently in the role of Executive Director, CNS Business Unit Operations Management at Syneos Health (formerly INC Research). Prior to Syneos Health, she was with Premier Research Group (inclusive of several legacy companies) where she contributed for greater than 15 years collectively. Over the course of her career, she has been afforded the opportunity to move strategically from the site level in regulatory and study coordination to multi-center trial monitoring to project management and leadership to therapeutic and functional-based operational oversight to strategic resourcing. Each position has broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for the big picture within the clinical research process with its guidelines and regulations. With that perspective, she is able to adapt and flex to change easily in order to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Beyond experience, adaptability and flexibility, Ms. Stout offers strong organizational, communication, leadership, and team building skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities. During her tenure in the clinical research industry, Ms. Stout has gained experience in clinical trials involving US and Canadian investigational sites, Phases II-IV, in multiple therapeutic areas inclusive of Analgesia (various chronic and acute models), Cardiovascular, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, CNS, Ophthalmology and Rheumatology. Ms. Stout earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Ms. Stout earned the honor of being Valedictorian of both her high school and undergraduate classes. Ms. Stout earned the President’s Award in 2003 while with PRA International for outstanding contributions to the success of the company.
