About Cindy Barker

I am an experienced Human Resources professional with breadth and depth of expertise in my field. I am passionate about the role of HR as a strategic partner to business leadership teams to move a business forward, while continually enhancing the employee experience. Throughout my career in Human Resources, I have honed exceptional coaching and counselling capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills and strong judgment. My areas of expertise include employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational change, and coaching and counselling people leaders. Over the past 10 years, I held a number of HR roles at TD Bank supporting various business lines - including both generalist and specialist functions. In my latest role as Human Resources Relationship Manager for Technology Solutions, I had the pleasure of supporting a unique portfolio: working through large-scale re-organizations, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition to support growth of the business, and providing value-added coaching and counselling to the Technology leadership team on various and challenging HR issues. I am a results-oriented HR partner with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a creative ability to support business leaders in resolving HR challenges. I am currently exploring new HR opportunities in the London area, and am excited about leveraging my skills in a new organization.
