About Cindy Beechler

As a Credit Coordinator I work with commercial real estate and floorplan loans for the auto industry. I coordinate and request all necessary documents required for the customer and closing. This entails review of entity docs, appraisals, title commitment review and various others. An acute attention to detail is required. I then cumulate this information to request proper documentation for the customer, and ultimately taking executed documentation to funding. My involvement is with dealerships around the country, UCC filings, properties in flood zones, work closely with attorneys in some states and many various aspects of the entire process that changes from state to state. Previous work experience has been primarily in the residential real estate. I have managed an office, processed, closed residential mortgages on the retail and wholesale side.Working remote has been tremendously successful and I am committed to this style of work in my search. In return I will contribute my well rounded and in depth financial experience and work ethics beyond expectations.
