Unlike fast fashion, our garments are proudly made in NYC prioritizing climate and social justice while offering sculpted designs with exceptional fits that celebrate women's curves. Founded in 2020 by Cindy Castro, a visionary entrepreneur with a mission to disrupt the industry through sustainability and community empowerment. Professionally trained, obtaining her BFA in Fashion Design with honors and with over a decade of experience in the New York fashion scene, Cindy witnessed the detrimental effects of fast fashion on the environment and marginalized communities. She embarked on a journey to create her eponymous sustainable women’s RTW brand with quality craftsmanship, premium fabrics and responsible production practices, offering timeless and functional pieces designed to be worn on repeat. In just a few years, Cindy Castro New York has made significant strides, establishing its own atelier in the heart of the garment district and dressing influential women around the world.
