About Cindy Causey

I’m an operations leader who thrives in fast-moving environments where structure doesn’t exist yet, and needs to.Over the past 7+ years, I’ve worked directly alongside leadership to build, streamline, and scale internal operations across multiple departments. I specialize in turning messy, undefined processes into clear, efficient systems that teams can actually execute on.My work sits at the intersection of operations, program management, and strategy. This is where I’m often responsible for aligning teams, improving performance, and driving initiatives from idea to execution. Some of the areas I focus on are:• Building and improving operational systems• Leading cross-functional initiatives and programs• Supporting hiring, team structure, and performance management• Identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable solutions• Partnering with leadership to bring ideas to lifeI’ve spent much of my career in a high-growth, remote environment, which has given me a strong ability to adapt, problem-solve, and lead without rigid structure. What I enjoy most is bringing clarity to chaos by creating systems that not only work today, but continue to scale as a business grows.
