Cindy is a cross functional international industry leader that has earned a reputation for her principled leadership & professional sale negotiations/strategies. As RM for Copart, she directs calculated sales initiatives & remarketing opportunities for automotive dealers & local lenders. She selects, trains & develops new Account Managers in each territory who are responsible for educating franchise, independent, wholesale & specialty dealers concerning global remarketing opportunities. She is respected throughout the automotive community as an industy expert. Cindy started her career in the auction industry in the 1998 as Comptroller for the auction & its subsidiaries including a public auction, an offshore reinsurance company for aftermarket products & sub prime consumer lending & a full service recon/repair facility. She is an expert in auction operations & management, sales & leadership. Her professional experience spans accounting, innovative sales & marketing, leadership, customer service, quality control & the ability to effectuate change. Experienced in every facet of the business & various positions including GM, AM & RM she assisted Copart's Audit & Integration team with the writing of SOP & guidelines for the public auction division & worked directly with this team until she was selected as General Manager. In 2004 she flew the 1st VB2 flag with Willis Johnson, founder of Copart, in 2005 she ran the highest producing VB2 auction facility in MAG. When Copart exited the public auction market, she was an independent consultant for dealers & auctions until she reunited with Copart in their Dealer Services division in 2009. Her passion and experience emulates the dealers which has made her the perfect candidate to pioneer growth in the East. Celebrating 10 years with CDS she celebrates consistent growth as the top performing region in the US as she and her team continue to build ‘one handshake at a time’
