A 25-year experience has enabled me to acquire solid skills in economically demanding contexts but also extremely structuring ones such as- Higher education- B to B Services- Mass Retail- Industry- Consultancy- and Public Sector. By now, I know how to- Define an entity strategy- Reorganise a structure- Steer its financial performance- Lead and unite around large-scale projects- Implement effective action plans- Hire and manage talented teams- As well as, define, analyse and evaluate public policies. I have also been involved as an elected representative in non-profit organisations for fifteen years. Network facilitation, fundraising, advocacy and institutional relationships hold no longer any secrets for me.
