About Cindy Dempsey

Special Education Specialist Intern. In my 16 years' experience in educational roles, I have developed an array of skills, such as creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized instruction to students. I am able to quickly build meaningful relationships with students and am passionate about helping them reach their goals. I am currently enrolled in classes to obtain my Master of Education in Special Education and Mild/Moderate Credential Teaching Statement As an Education Specialist in Mild/Moderate Disabilities, my teaching philosophy centers on fostering an inclusive, supportive, and personalized learning environment where every student can succeed. I am committed to recognizing each student’s unique abilities, strengths, and challenges, adapting my instruction to ensure all learners have equitable access to education and the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
