I admire a coworker that demonstrates a proactive approach, without appearing to have one ounce of intimidation, even though we are all scared to a certain degree. Recognizing confidence within yourself, sharing it, and uplifting others to do the same, fosters a sense of trust, strength & competency. I choose to surround myself with individuals that bring out the best in me and in others, making us all shine. I welcome a challenge to continuously learn, thrive, and grow.
