About Cindy Evers

My business card reads Brand & Digital coordinator. But when you get right down to it, I’m much more - a web and social media strategist, a marketer, a knowledge manager, a copywriter, a proofreader and an animal lover. A dream job? Not for me, a dream career path. Unsure about what I wanted to become when “all grown up” I waited for “illumination”. Whatever I was going to be, the one thing I knew was that I wanted to be able to use my knowledge across different areas and causes. I have more than 15 years of experience in the professional services industry, leading large international knowledge management projects and team, which meant ensuring that our knowledge was known and available to our people so they were and are able to provide even better services to those we work with. I also know how we can then ensure that those external from us got to know us better and are aware of what we can do to help them face their challenges, what value they will get out of this and what it means to work for us. I believe that digital channels and VR will revolutionise (even more) how we consume information and content and how we interact with brands, independently whether it concerns an individual or a company. We make decisions on “gut feeling”, emotion and brand promise, not on features and benefits. This is what I do, managing a large international brand on a local level through different digital channels, and helping our people to optimise their digital personal brand to achieve their personal and professional goals and ambitions.
