In other words… I’m an expert in boosting work volume/productivity (gains of up to 25%), cutting costs (multimillion -dollar annual savings) and optimizing square footage (reductions of up to 2.7M SF) by aligning facilities, space plans, and team structures with organizational goals, current/forecasted headcount, and other business drivers.
