I’ve been in the convenience store business for 38 years. I started out as a cashier for Phillips and stayed in the position for 5 years and then moved up into management for the other 15 years that I worked for them. EZ GO bought the Phillips store that I was managing, so I was a manager for EZ GO for a year & 5 months, then I was promoted to Area manager in 2005 until I was promoted to OM in 2018. I love what I do. I’m retiring at the end of April but will be looking to work part time. I want to remain in customer service in some way. The customers are what makes my day. I love to delight customers and earn their loyalty.
