I prefer working in customer driven industries with a fast paced environment. I am currently a flight attendant with SkyWest Airlines, the largest regional airline in North America. I am based in Phoenix. SkyWest operates in partnership with Delta Air Lines as Delta Connection, United Airlines as United Express, American Airlines as American Eagle and Alaska Airlines as Alaska SkyWest. Past experience includes; Special Education Teaching Assistant at a large high school district in the Phoenix area. This job required leadership, patience and the ability to evaluate critical situations and conflicts, all while staying calm, positive and adhering to strict Federal safety regulation compliance. My skills applied at this job included; maintaining an environment conducive to learning, public speaking, assisting with mobility issues, crisis management, computer program fluency; Microsoft Word/Excel. Working with people with disabilities afforded me the opportunity to develop an understanding for those who struggle with everyday activities. I enjoyed seeing my students learning and connecting with the world around them. I was also employed eleven years as a Suite Coordinator for two of the leading sports entertainment food/beverage management companies in America; Aramark and Levy. Our companies provided exceptional customer service at a professional sporting arena, ensuring corporate patrons had an exciting, fun and safe time at hockey games and concerts. The company entrusted their most sensitive and important clients to me, either working with team members or individually in a time-sensitive environment using sharp interpersonal skills.
