About Cindy James Kayo

20+ years of expertise in HR, including Talent Strategy, Transformation & Change Management and Organization Development. Have held diverse roles in both emerging and mature markets, including (Vietnam, London and Tokyo). Currently working as the APAC Regional Head of Human Resources at CoorsTek Inc based in Japan and overseeing a team of 20+ employees across the Region. Formerly held a role as HR COO at Bloomberg, and previously as a HRBP for Bloomberg based in Japan, with a Country and Regional remit supporting the Enterprise Sales business, known as Financial Solutions. Other experiences include driving transformation and succession management for a large FMCG with the focus on Japan's business unit leading the total company's overall business growth. Have also driven HR transformation initiatives for a large fast-growing Healthcare MNC in a critical market, largest in APAC and the 3rd largest globally within the nutrition business. Experiences also extends to working as the Chief of Staff to the COO, Globally responsible for the Workforce Planning and Human Capital Strategy with International Financial Institutions.
