About Cindy Jocksch

In the past 26 years, I have worked in the customer service and design industry. I have owned a décor and consulting business and know what it takes to make a company prosper, what to expect from both employees and management. This August I am making a major shift in my career, with getting back into the school setting. I am very excited in joining the Tempo school team and look forward to working with a wonderful group of educators. I take instructions as well as give direction as a manager. This experience has given me the interpersonal skills needed to work with many levels of management. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and I am an approachable person – a big asset in this industry and excellent quality in team environments and management. I work well on my own and with minimal instruction, I have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and am very proficient with Excel and Word. I am efficient and am conscious of time management, which makes me able to meet deadlines for all tasks I am given. I work better in a fast-paced environment.
