I have been a physical therapist for over 40 years, treating patients of all ages and abilities. Primarily, my focus continues to be teaching patients how to improve their function to lead better and more productive lives. I am currently working with home care companies on providing a valuable inservice training for the caregivers on the topic of the role of the physical therapist and the importance of providing safe exercises to improve mobility for the patient in the home care setting. My objective with this is to bring to light the importance of caregivers and how they can work smarter, not harder when caring for their clients. I feel that after all my years of experience in home care, I have alot of knowledge to pass along and so far the information I have shared has been well received. in my spare time, I like to create these wonderful tshirt quilts as keepsakes.
