My career includes 16 years with Eli Lilly, 7 years with Medtronic, 5 years with 3M, 2 years each with Brookdale and Everly Health—in addition to a high degree of leadership agility, I’ve had the privilege of scaling businesses from a few hundred million to multi-billion global enterprises, driving innovation, and guiding teams through times of great change. What fuels me most is knowing that every innovation, every transformation, and every decision can directly impact someone’s life, health, and future.
