My mission is to ensure equitable outcomes for all students so that they can reach their fullest potential.I live intrepidly, adapting to changing environments and leading with an eye towards inclusivity and building community towards a common vision. As a recipient of both the Henry Luce and Fulbright fellowships in Asia and Eastern Europe, I value my ability to perform effectively within and across cultural contexts.As an education professional, I utilize data to engage in meaningful processes for developing questions, conducting exploration and analysis, and ultimately using data strategically to help us arrive at solutions. I’m skilled at implementing strategies and leading projects that provide critical support for schools to drive academic and non-academic improvements.
