About Cindy Lee

After 15+ years in the financial and technology industry, I know what it takes to define a company's strategic goals as well as align and motivate teams to strive toward those goals. I am a skilled problem solver that likes to think outside of the box and an agile learner, allowing me to ramp up and add value quickly. I have extensive knowledge of buy side portfolio management, trading, and risk management strategies and technology as well as extensive management and consulting experience. I joined Black Mountain in 2009 as the 11th employee where I started the New York office and managed the Professional Services team until it grew to 25 employees. During my 10 years with the firm, I’ve worn many hats including product management, implementations, support, relationship management, sales, marketing, and most recently, Chief of Staff reporting to the CEO overseeing a very difficult and expedited integration of two companies totaling over 400 employees.
