Cindy Levin is an accomplished business leader with a proven record for developing and delivering high-quality professional services, building effective international teams, and optimizing a wide range of business functions and operations within the corporate and consulting-services fields. Cindy has managed IT organizations and their projects for 3 of the largest international law firms in the legal industry. A native of Chicago, Cindy holds a masters degree in business administration (MBA) from Loyola University - Chicago, a bachelors degree in social work (BSW) from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, and is certified in ITIL foundation and distribution management. She is a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), has been a featured industry speaker and panelist at ILTA’s conferences, and is the founder and former board member of eSentio's CIO roundtable for the legal IT industry. She also has served on the Editorial Advisory Board for Law Technology News. Cindy says her greatest satisfaction is knowing she has been a positive influence on the project teams she has managed, her national reputation with her peers and the legal industry. Cindy also attributes her success to the professional services industry where she learned the foundational skills of project management and client service.
