I have many years of experience in rigorous fieldwork-based programs with both a clinical (mental health) and program development focus. I believe in supporting clients to achieve their personal best through strength base modalities including CBT, DBT, and CPS techniques. I have experience helping management implement techniques to create a workplace experience for people that promotes growth, respect, and collaboration to enhance their organization. Specialties: Collaborative Problem Solving Learning - Lead a project focused on building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Developed and implemented training for the agency, updated policies and procedures, incorporated the responsibilities into each job description, with the overall focus on replacing the antiquated token economy system with an individualized based rubric system.
