Certified Insurance Counselor with years of experience guiding, growing and operating a hugely successful independent insurance agency. We were able to prosper during all the changes in the industry right up to and including the deregulation of auto insurance in Mass. Having managed to continue to increase our volume year upon year even with that new kind of competition we became a role model for other agencies,#1 in the country for growth and profits for one of our large national insurance companies and a force to be reconned with in our small corner of the world here in Mass. In my years with the agency I moved from filing and reception duties to personal lines customer service, sales, marketing, then commercial lines sales and service. Human resources and personnel were my next stop, I was always the accounting and financial person. For years we did large commercial contractors and all agency bill and yet we never had a bad debt for unpaid premium.
