My journey began in legal aid, where I developed a strong foundation in criminal law, client communication, and legal research. That early exposure to justice systems led me to the insurance industry, where I’ve since worked across multiple claims roles; from frontline customer service, automobile/property/entertainment/commercial/pet insurance claims to subrogation, Quality Assurance and SIU investigations.
