About Cindy Moreault

I am a motivated individual, who possesses extensive insurance knowledge, especially for the Province of Quebec. I have, indeed, over 10 years of experience in the Insurance Industry and have occupied many roles, first as an Automobile and Property Claims adjuster, then with the Special Investigation Unit (Fraud), followed by the Subrogation department, until I moved to West Canada, in 2016, where I continued to extend my knowledge and experience at a National Level. Furthermore, I have obtained a Legal Assistant Diploma from the Province of Quebec in 2006, and again from Calgary in 2021. Being familiar with the applicable Laws and Regulations across Canada is a huge asset, especially when it comes to insurance. In addition to that, I possess the two (2) required Quebec’s licenses as a Claims Adjuster, which allows me to handle both Personal and Commercial Insurance Policy Claims. I am also fully bilingual French/English, with French as a first language and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. My general abilities include outstanding customer service, managing business relationships with vendors and brokers, high level investigations, negotiating, critical analysis, solutions oriented and effective leadership skills. I have often been called a "trailblazer", as I have now excelled twice in a role that had not yet been created. What I achieved in those roles was determining for my employers and used to set up clear expectations for these types of positions. I am extremely professional, a hard worker and a fast learner. I enjoy new challenges and have frequently exceeded my former employers’ expectations.
