Experienced Client Executive with a demonstrated history of success working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in large Account Strategy, Enterprise Software & Services Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Cloud, and Security. Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from State University of New York College at Oswego trained me to study the culture of my clients. Over 30 years of sales experience with large telecom clients. Earned Client Executive Certification through the IBM CX Certification Program @ Harvard. Recently joined the IBM Security team for exciting and new challenges. Cybersecurity is my new passion. IBM Security is the largest enterprise security company with offerings to help secure and protect over clients, their employees, customers and the things they care about most. I am at the beginning of my journey in Security but committed to bringing the amazing expertise of the IBM team to protect and benefit my clients. I am honored to be a coach and mentor to new associates starting or navigating their careers and do my best to provide direction and support for my two children.
