About Cindy Randall

Born & raised in historic Yorktown, Virginia - now living life amongst palm trees as a South Floridian. I work at Synergy Business Consulting, a boutique firm that provides direct-hire, staff augmentation & nearshore resource solutions to clients. I've come to realize it's not about being a giant in this industry of IT staffing. At Synergy, we don't operate in a transactional manner like a lot of our competition, we focus on quality & go the extra mile. I love meeting new people & I'm able to successfully build relationships because I genuinely love helping others & my sincerity shows. It also doesn't hurt that I work with an amazing team of seasoned, rockstar recruiters, with an unmatched work ethic! On another note, I also co-own an OFFERDAHL'S Off-the-Grill franchise, a family-owned business created by former Miami Dolphins linebacker (5x Pro Bowl, 1x All-Pro!), John Offerdahl. We offer quality food and catering services to Broward County, Florida & north Miami. If you're local to South Florida, hope to see you soon & we'd love to cater your next office party or family get together!
