Owner of Because I'm Worth It Travel & Retreats, a home based travel agency providing services planning and booking of travel for families, groups, solo travelers, destination weddings and honeymoons. Although I specialize in the Caribbean, I can help plan your perfect vacation and getaway anywhere in the world! I've loved to travel since I was 5 years old and went on my first family vacation. We stayed at a Howard Johnson's Hotel in Wilkes-Barre, PA and went to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and I though it was the best vacation ever! Since then, I've traveled with my daughter as a single mom, took my high school crew from my ice cream shop on cruises, helped with trips for the high school orchestra and eventually became the trip planner for family and friends. When retirement from my job was within my 5 year plan, I started thinking about what I wanted to do for fun when I no longer had a 9-5 job and travel was right there saying pick me! Pick me! It all became clear on a trip to Fiji in 2020 right before we shut down during COVID. I was bored during the COVID shutdowns, so I took my classes to become certified as a travel agent and opened Because I'm Worth It Travel & Retreats in December 2020.
