Background

About Cindy Rifani

As a key account manager at Shell, I leverage my MBA in marketing and finance and my expertise in B2B marketing and CRM to manage and grow existing customer relationships in the automotive, commercial road transport, and industrial sectors. I have over two years of experience in this role, where I handle the end-to-end purchase to delivery order process and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with marketing and supply chain teams. Prior to that, I was a B2B services and marketing implementer at Shell, where I led and created various media content and promotional campaigns for B2B channels, such as webinars, seminars, newsletters, and press releases. I also co-led a sustainability event in collaboration with Energy Academy Indonesia, which attracted over attendees and 645 ideas submissions. Through these initiatives, I demonstrated my outstanding communication skills, creativity, and passion for digital media platforms and business development. My goal is to be part of a team that reaches success with company growth as a result.
