I have a medical bakgroung and worked as a Respiratory Therapist for a total of 26 years until I came into bodywork and healing full time. I have been doing Bodywork for 19 and Ilove tuning in to each client to allow their body to achieve optimal healing. I have had extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. I am currently a Teaching Assistant with Upldeger Institute. I love the subtle, yet effective work of the therapy. I have seen it change the lives of my clients as well as my own. I use Craniosacral Therapy in all my sessions and can also incorporate Manual Lymph Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Rain Drop Therapy and Reiki into my practice.
