About Cindy Stanley

Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative growth and innovation for the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance through my role at Associations International. By working closely with a dedicated team, we achieved a 37.25% increase in conference revenue, grew attendance by 24%, and boosted sponsorship revenue by more than 60% from 2022 to 2024. Among the highlights of this period were developing and starting a high-impact leadership conference, enhancing member services across a 58-chapter network, enhancing marketing efforts, significantly improving the annual conference and securing trademark protections for key organizational assets. Drawing on deep experience in nonprofit management, community engagement, strategic growth and organizational development, I focused on strengthening member and volunteer involvement while overseeing the operations of the organization and the foundation. Throughout, my mission has remained consistent: to foster collaboration, spark innovation, and drive meaningful outcomes that elevate the success of professional associations.
