About Cindy Thang

An experienced social media and email marketing expert with a passion for copywriting, EDM strategies, and digital trend analysis. As a digital native, I have over 15 years of experience in the crazy world of social media. I started my career learning to code my Tumblr to perfection at 13, created an influential One Direction fandom community on Twitter at 15, taught older family members digital literacy at 18, and I'm still keeping everyone up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends. Now, I have over 5 years of professional experience with everything digital marketing and social media. Whether it’s paid or organic social, building brand guidelines, graphic design, community management, creating data-driven reports, influencer outreach, content creation, or growing mailing lists - I’ve done it all! I’m purpose and value driven, always conscious of the impact my work has in the world with ethical storytelling and genuine connection being the bread and butter of anything I create. With a demonstrated history of working with small businesses and start-ups, I've crafted, implemented and optimised strategies for a wide variety of industries, such as the Australian music industry, healthcare, and beauty and wellness. Don’t be afraid to reach out - whether to simply say hi, or with an opportunity to create magic together
