About Cindy Tran

Cindy is a creative and confident interior designer with the soul of an artist. She approaches creativity through a technical lens and welcomes any opportunity to expand her design knowledge. She graduated at the top of her class in April 2020 with a Bachelor of Interior Design from Mount Royal University and has worked at nationally-recognized design firms. Her pursuit of design came about through her love of art and interests in math and science growing up. Interior design became an outlet to challenge her curiosity, problem-solve, and work methodically. Through Cindy’s hand sketches, ability to navigate several design software programs, and strong verbal/written communication skills– she can clarify complicated design details, bridging the understanding gap for clients and providing essential tools of communication for the tradespeople who bring her designs to life. Cindy aims to gain experience in both residential and commercial design sectors, and create spaces that connect people and place through research-based design, marked by thoughtful interior details.
