As a Resource Manager I am responsible for two community's within Deloitte Rotterdam. In my roll I partner up with cluster leaders and partners/managers to manage the resourcing and utilization of practitioners to the benefit of clients, whilst supporting the delivery of the talent strategy. On a daily basis I'm in contact with my stakeholders to advise, challenge and help them. Besides this I'm also in contact with the auditers to help them with their planning and the system. I provide trainings to the business, optimize the planning and strategy and face challenges within the cluster South West.
