About Cindy Wallace

With a background in several industries including, fashion, health, marketing, and insurance, Cindy brings a wide array of experience and expertise to everything she does. Cindy found insurance in 2013 when she joined ICBC as part of the claims support team. It was here that she came to appreciate the auto insurance industry. After working for BC’s largest insurer in that capacity, Cindy found herself drawn to sales. Between 2015 and 2019, she worked for companies selling insurance products directly to the consumer; Westland, Square One, and The Co-operators. In 2019 Cindy became the office manager at Alteri, a boutique broker, and was a big part of their story seeing the company grow from three to seven employees, from hundreds of thousands in premiums to millions and from three contracts to six. Although this was a tremendous experience, Cindy missed sales and in 2021 accepted a position as a personal line’s specialist with The Co-operators. Cindy is an effective producer and a winner of the Home Star Producer contest in 2022, and her annual client retention is above the district average. In 2022 Cindy fulfilled two of her goals-certification as a Life Coach and achieving her Level II General Insurance License.
