Successful completion of enterprise-wide complex, large-scale deployment projects. Customer facing technical project management consultant in various industries; learned business processes and solved gaps across organizations. Sr. Project Manager of Strategic business solutions in healthcare, retail, IT, and energy markets. As a senior project manager I have been responsible for all aspects of multiple medium to large scale enterprise projects with moderate to high complexity. I am the single point of accountability for the projects, and utilize governance as defined by the customer team / organization. I demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. During my 12 years with IBM Global services, I went from a technical architect, to a project manager, to a portfolio manager. Since that time I have seen the practice and tools of project management for multiple customers as a contract employee. During recent years, I have been in a customer facing senior project manager role at The SAS Institute working with a variety of customers on enterprise-wide data driven projects.
