I started Heedway Corporate Training And Consulting so we could offer programs to individuals to help them understand themselves better and to learn strategies that can result in the formation of a positive and thriving work culture. We leverage the DiSC model assessment and training to streamline communication, reduce workplace conflict, enhanced emotional intelligence, and improve management skills. In addition to the DiSC model, we offer adhoc training in E.I. and Motivational Interviewing along with other training programs in safeTALK and Mental Health First Aid to promote mental health awareness and support in the workplace. Furthermore, our HeartSavers Courses equip participants with life-saving first aid skills to handle emergencies effectively and Personal Medicine Coaching.
