About Cindy Wu

Experienced Educational Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry. I work with school team in supporting teachers and parents in children and young people in developing and implementing intervention plans focusing on behaviour management, clinical assessments, socio-emotional development, and crisis Intervention. In addition to casework, I deliver small group and whole-school professional development workshops on topics including positive behaviour management, learning difficulties (Dyslexia), developmental difficulties (ASD, ADHD), trauma and other social-emotional difficulties (e.g, anxiety), and safety and de-escalation interventions. I use a solution-focused ecological perspective that builds on the strengths already existing in the environment to support children and young person.
