About Cindy Yang

As a seasoned supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience, I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency. My expertise spans across various aspects of supply chain management, including order-to-cash (OTC), sales and operations planning (S & OP/S & OE), inventory management, change management and project management. As Head of Order-to-Cash (OTC) COE at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, I oversee the development and execution of OTC strategies and processes. Prior to this, I was the Sr. APAC Supply Chain Program Manager at the same company, led OTC/S & OP process & system transformation in a high-impace project. I also held a leadership role at Freudenberg Household Products as the National S & OP/CIC Manager, where I managed a team of 14 and coordinated sales, inventory, and intergrated Business planning (IBP/APS) processes and engaged with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Operations. I hold multiple certifications, including PMP, CPIM, and CS & OP, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
