Accomplishment 2: Research, analysis then design of base level aseptic behavior training for three levels of employees across five departments for pharmaceutical company synthesizing previous work done and future needs with digital and in person methods in just over a year. Accomplishment 3: Collaborating with a team of educators, SMEs, and administration at private college to create online and mobile learning platforms that provide high quality education for students in Vietnam. Assisted in creating base model to move from mainly ILTs to an LMS and continuous training model in one year.
