About Cindy Yourtz

I draw from my 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry to deliver premier client service as Implementation Manager on the FFG Retirement Counseling team. I focus on providing support to our clients and their investments; by preparing all related documents, monitoring compliance and communicating effectively. I truly value my relationships with all of our clients and believe everyone should be treated the same, no matter how much money they have. I began my career as a Patent Specialist in the oil and gas industry and then later at a biotechnology company. In this role, I followed established procedures, while working closely with innovators and scientists to prepare patent applications for filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Here, I fortified my skills of overseeing operational processes and implementation management. For 17 years, my husband, David, and I have owned a jewelry store in Highlands Ranch called CD Ray Jewelers. It brings me great joy to extend my excellent customer service skills to our jewelry clients. In my free time, I can be found walking, exercising or travelling to visit my extended family – I have 8 siblings – in New Jersey. David and I also have two amazing sons; one who works in the oil and gas industry and the other who is a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy.
