About Cinque Mason

A competent and growth-focused individual with robust project management expertise, I am committed to supporting long-term business goals using great knowledge gained in my Master's degree in Business Administration. My experience lies in collaborating with teams to streamline routine operations of projects, ensuring on-time project completion. Throughout my university experience, I have participated in multiple functions concerning student outreach, development, and experience enhancement. I have also assisted the Vice President of Student Aairs, represented the university in educational affairs, and delivered insight regarding students' needs and interests to the management for future policies. Moreover, I have a strong background in collaborating with leadership to devise programs with in-depth research and analysis of all requirements and relevant data. My demonstrated expertise in operations supervision aided me in acting as Ranch Hand at two different farms in Colorado and Oklahoma, where I headed a wide of functions, such as maintenance, cattlemen oversight, and veterinarian service engagement, and monitored health and living conditions per regulatory regulations. Other than this, I have utilized my research competencies to create a university-level Race and Equality Bias Initiative for students from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and under-represented groups. By understanding the hardships of students during the pandemic, I came forward with the "Covid Relief” plan to facilitate them on academic issues. Furthermore, I have participated in various extra-curricular activities with a student-focused aptitude for the well-being of students. I have organized events and meetings, managed logistics, led recruiting processes, controlled emails, and coordinated with stakeholders. Besides, I possess a startling educational history; selected as a participant on the student board for Colorado Leadership Alliance, recognized as a Mile High Scholar and gained a Kappa Alpha Psi scholarship, and succeeded in getting admission into master's school straight from undergrad. My interest lies in corporate advancement within the farming, gas, and oil industries to apply the latest industry trends and progressive design projects for prompt market penetration.
