About Cintia Eidelwein

Let's talk a little about me. I am qualified in Bi-Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Research, Manufacturing Technology and Business Management, working over 10 years in the Healthcare industry. I was born into a modest family from a small town in South America and even young, I was determinate to live my life intentionally with a daring ambition to make the World a better place, at least, the one which I interact with… Throughout my career in healthcare industry, I developed practical project management and leadership skills and my interest lays in the field of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. My ideal role is one where my analytical, liaison and problem-solving abilities can be applied. The forces that drive me forward are the resilience and positive effort, and above all the sensibility to embrace changes. During my own Journey chasing the meaning and purpose of things, I came across many Gurus, but one really had a significant impact on my professional foundation and from whom I took inspirational strength; I would like to use this space to share with you some of his thoughts: “Quality is never an accident, it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skilful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.” By William A.
