As the Director of Operations at CGS Romania, I oversee the activity of a 300+ team that provides technical support, customer service, and back-office solutions to various industries. I am passionate about developing and empowering my team, and creating value for our stakeholders. In my current role, I am responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of our organization, ensuring that we meet and exceed our SLA targets. I also manage the strategic partnerships, financial planning, and resource allocation of our operations. I leverage my analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and team management abilities to optimize the performance, productivity, and efficiency of our services. I have successfully led and implemented multiple projects and initiatives that have resulted in increased customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
