In the workplace, I continued to engage in diverse initiatives, supporting project development, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of results. These experiences have helped me build strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives. My advantage is the Bachelor's degree in Management at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest on the topic: The implications of Romania's accession to the European Union and as a sub-topic: The effects of the Covid 19 Pandemic in Romania. Helping others and sharing knowledge are two beliefs that I imparts every day. My experience, positive attitude and willingness to help others allow me to excel in administrative roles.
