About Ciprian Tibea

I am a PhD Civil Engineer, with 11 years of experience in research/design, FEM software with a civil engineering/IT/ marketing educational background. I managed research projects in collaboration with Technical University from Cluj-Napoca with a budget of over Euro as part of my academic and management work in which I coordinated three PhD Research Engineers in order to reach our research goals. I was part of the design process for many big projects across Europe, doing the finite element analysis. I developed entrepreneurship and business administration skills in Babes Bolyai -University of Economic Studies from Cluj-Napoca, which gave me the impulse I needed to create my own company as a subsidiary of StruSoft company in Romania. Being very curious and perseverant by nature, pushed me toward the end goal of any activity I performed in my line of work (research/design/software).
