About Ciril John

With over nine years of work experience, I am a production Cable Assembler for fiber optics with a passion for enhancing manufacturing processes and quality. I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a background in electrical and electronics engineering. I currently work at Infinte cables, a leader in network infrastructure solutions, where I share their vision of shaping the future of communications. At Infinte Cables, I am responsible for assembling, monitoring the product during its manufacturing cycle, testing, generating feedback for process improvement, and conducting internal audits. I also handle various optical testing instruments and investigate optic problems. Some of the skills that I use in my role are productionoperations, process, internal audits, design for manufacturing, and root cause analysis. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that strives for excellence and innovation.
