With over 20 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, and Portfolio Strategy & Planning, I am skilled in identifying new business opportunities and driving strategic actions for product portfolio innovation and deployment. My expertise spans portfolio tools, data-driven methods, and innovative approaches to modernizing business workflows. As a certified Product Manager, I am recognized for my persistence, collaboration skills, and ability to integrate diverse stakeholders in a multinational environment. Currently, I lead the Value Stream Product Management team in Packaging Solutions. We partner with Product Management teams to enhance their capabilities, streamline portfolio lifecycle operations, leveraging quality data and interconnected tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In my role, I drive the change agenda for the Value Stream, ensuring alignment with senior leadership through constant communication. Additionally, I serve as the Global Process Driver for Product/Solution Lifecycle Management, overseeing the corresponding process across Packaging, Processing, and Services. My track record includes managing complex projects, from establishing a Product Portfolio Management System to designing a Collision Avoidance Algorithm for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and optimizing a fully Automated Warehouse.
