About Ciro Copetti Rodriguez

I'm a Master in Mechanical Engineering with experience in the academic environment and industry alike. Methodical and structured, my strength lies in planning and communication, which proved crucial for my previous roles of Lead Verification and Validation Engineer and Project Manager. My technical and academic background allow me to have in-depth discussions with engineers working on the product development while my soft skills make for a smooth transition with stakeholders in management, marketing, customer support and sales. In my career I've been exposed to different parts of the Product Life Cycle, being a part of conception, prototyping, design completion, release to market and maintenance. Each step with its verification steps as well as customer validation. I thrive in multi-cultural environments, having worked in 5 different countries in 3 different continents. I am a fruit of this new multi-cultural world myself being an Italian, born in Brazil, with parents out of Brazil and Bolivia, Studying in Brazil, United States and Japan, and currently living in the Netherlands (where I plan to stay for the long term). I'm passionate about learning new languages, so I speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese and I'm currently learning Italian. Thanks to my diverse background, I am used to working in multi-cultural set ups, deal with different mentalities and adapting myself to new backgrounds. I'm curious to hear about the next challenging experience that is in store for me.
