About Citlali Rivera

Citlali "Tally" Rivera is an experienced Community Mortgage Loan Originator with more than a decade of successful experience. Tally is bilingual in English and Spanish, and for nearly a decade, she has been building relationships in the community and working with local organizations on down payment assistance, mortgage financing, financial education, educate underserve communities, furthering her knowledge of real estate through professional seminars and expositions, and volunteering with youth. She has been in the banking industry for over 20 years and recognized that many in the Hispanic/ Latino community want to become homeowners. She set out to overcome barriers through financial education, assist in the homebuying process, prevent fraud, and help them achieve the American Dream. Tally is a member of Kansas City Hispanic Chamber, sits on the board of the Northeast Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and brought back Nahrep (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) to Kansas City as Incoming Vice-President for Nahrep Kansas City. She has volunteered her time at local organizations that raise the Latino population in Kansas City like Guadalupe Centers and Mattie Rhodes Center, CHWC, El Centro INC, Westside Housing, and many others. Tally was raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, and came to U.S. almost 30 years ago. While attending school, she started working at age 16 to help support her family, who instilled in her the qualities of hard working, ethics, culture, and the importance of learning and seeking opportunity. Tally remains focused on family today, and she and her husband have chosen to raise their three children and two dogs in Kansas City. Tally loves to cook, and she is always seeking the next adventure or creative outlet. Tally is excited as she brought back the newest chapter of Nahrep in Kansas City to support collaboration, community outreach and provide networking opportunities for real estate professionals, share resources and support, create more education opportunities for her community, and make homeownership, wealth, and banking attainable for everyone.
